Valence Clinic is a new outpatient psychiatric practice opening in St. Petersburg, FL. We provide evidence-based mental health care to adolescents, adults, and older adults across the Tampa Bay area.

Good psychiatric care starts with being heard. Valence Clinic is built around continuity, individualized treatment planning, and clinicians who take the time to understand each person — not just a diagnosis. We keep patient volume deliberately small so every visit is unrushed.

Founder & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Damir Ruscukic is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and the founder of Valence Clinic. He brings more than 15 years of experience working with people facing mental health challenges — including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, insomnia, and other mood and stress-related conditions — across the lifespan, from adolescents to older adults.
Our space
Valence Clinic occupies a newly renovated 1,600-square-foot suite in downtown St. Petersburg — comfortable, private consultation rooms with custom artwork commissioned from a local St. Petersburg artist.
