Valence Clinic is a new outpatient psychiatric practice opening in St. Petersburg, FL. We provide evidence-based mental health care to adolescents, adults, and older adults across the Tampa Bay area.

Valence Clinic is built around continuity, individualized treatment planning, and clinicians who take the time to understand each person — not just a diagnosis. Every visit is unrushed, with longer appointments and fewer patients per provider so you get real time and attention.

Damir Ruscukic, PMHNP-BC
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Damir Ruscukic, PMHNP-BC, is the founder and CEO of Valence Clinic. A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years in mental health care, he built Valence Clinic to make unhurried, evidence-based treatment more accessible across the Tampa Bay area.
As CEO, Damir oversees the clinic's business operations, strategic growth, financial management, regulatory compliance, staffing, marketing, referral development, insurance credentialing, and vendor relationships. Day-to-day clinical care is provided by the clinic's team of board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) and Registered Nurses (RNs).
Our space
Valence Clinic occupies a newly renovated 1,600-square-foot suite in downtown St. Petersburg — comfortable, private consultation rooms with custom artwork commissioned from a local St. Petersburg artist.
