Founded and led by Damir Ruscukic, PMHNP-BC
Valence Clinic was founded by Damir Ruscukic, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who serves as Founder & CEO. He leads the clinic's vision, growth, and operations, while day-to-day care is delivered by our team of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) and Registered Nurses (RNs).
