Mobile Concierge
If getting to the clinic is hard — because of mobility, transportation, anxiety, work, or caregiving — our Mobile Concierge service (our Concierge In-Home Monitoring Service) brings the care to you. We come to your home (or another comfortable, private setting) for psychiatric evaluations, ongoing visits, medication management, diagnostic testing, and care coordination. It's the same unhurried, one-on-one care you'd get at the clinic, in the place where you feel most yourself.
Who it's for
Patients with mobility or transportation challenges, severe anxiety around clinical settings, demanding work or caregiving schedules, or anyone who simply prefers the privacy of an in-home visit.
What's included
Initial psychiatric evaluations, follow-up visits, medication management, select diagnostic and screening tests, and coordination with your other providers — all delivered on a concierge basis.
