When does Valence Clinic open?
We're in the final stages of preparing to open in St. Petersburg. The best way to stay informed is to join our waiting list — we'll contact you directly as we get closer to welcoming patients.
What does joining the waiting list mean?
It simply means we have your contact information and your place in line. When we open, we'll reach out to help you schedule your first appointment. There's no cost and no obligation.
Who does Valence Clinic care for?
We provide psychiatric and mental health care for adolescents, adults, and older adults.
What conditions do you treat?
We support people experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, insomnia, and other mental health and mood-related concerns.
Do you accept insurance?
Valence Clinic accepts all major insurance plans, along with self-pay options.
Who will I see?
Care at Valence Clinic is provided by founder Damir Ruscukic, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. You can read more on our About page.

Do you offer in-home or mobile visits?
Yes. Our Mobile Concierge service brings psychiatric care to you — at home or wherever you're most comfortable — for patients who can't easily make it to the clinic. We can provide evaluations, ongoing visits, diagnostic testing, and care coordination on a concierge basis. Ask us for details when you reach out.
