Some people can’t easily get to a clinic — and that shouldn’t be the reason they go without psychiatric care. Our Mobile Concierge service (formally, our Concierge In-Home Monitoring Service) brings psychiatric visits to your home, anywhere in St. Petersburg and across Pinellas County.

An in-home visit is the same unhurried, one-on-one care you would receive at our St. Petersburg clinic — delivered in the place where you feel most yourself.
Follow-up visits
Ongoing appointments to review how treatment is working, talk through what has changed, and adjust the plan as your needs change over time.
Medication management
Reviewing how your medications are working, making thoughtful adjustments, and keeping your treatment on track between visits.
Care coordination
Working alongside your primary care provider, therapist, and family or caregivers — so everyone supporting you is working from the same plan.

Who in-home psychiatric care is for
Mobile Concierge exists for the people for whom a clinic visit is the hardest part of getting care:
- Mobility and transportation limits. If driving, parking, or arranging a ride is the obstacle between you and treatment, we remove it.
- Anxiety around clinical settings. For some people, the waiting room is genuinely the hardest part of the appointment. Home visits take it out of the equation entirely.
- Caregiving and shift-work schedules. If you are caring for a parent or a child, or working hours that don’t line up with a clinic day, we come to you.
- Older adults. Care at home is often steadier and less disorienting than a trip across town, particularly for patients managing several conditions at once.
- Privacy. Some people simply prefer that their psychiatric care happen at home, and that is reason enough.

Our clinic is in downtown St. Petersburg (St. Pete) at 735 Arlington Ave N, and our Mobile Concierge visits reach patients throughout St. Petersburg and the surrounding Pinellas County communities — including Gulfport, South Pasadena, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Pinellas Park, Kenneth City, Seminole, Largo, and Clearwater — as well as the wider Tampa Bay area. How Mobile Concierge works
- Reach out. Mention Mobile Concierge when you contact us or join the waiting list, and tell us roughly where you’re located.
- Intake call. We talk through what you’re looking for, confirm your address is within our service area, and explain availability and pricing for your situation before anything is scheduled.
- Your first home visit. We come to you for a full psychiatric evaluation — unhurried, private, and on your schedule.
- An ongoing plan. Follow-up visits, medication management, and coordination with the rest of your care team continue at whatever rhythm your treatment calls for.
Comparing the two
In-home visits vs. coming to the clinic
Neither is better — they suit different lives, and you can move between them.
Coming to the clinic makes sense if travel isn’t difficult for you, if you like the separation between home and treatment, or if you want access to services delivered on-site. Our St. Petersburg suite was built for exactly that: quiet, private, and unhurried.
An in-home visit makes sense when travel is the barrier, when a familiar setting makes it easier to speak openly, or when a caregiver needs to be part of the conversation. It is also, for many families, simply the difference between care happening and not happening.
You are not locked into either one. You can start at home and later come to the clinic, or the reverse.

Do you really come to my home?
Yes. Our Mobile Concierge service brings psychiatric care to you — at home, or wherever you’re most comfortable and can speak privately.
Is an in-home psychiatric visit the same as telehealth?
No. Telehealth is a video appointment. Mobile Concierge is an in-person visit at your home, with the same face-to-face assessment you would receive at the clinic.
Which areas do you travel to?
St. Petersburg and the surrounding Pinellas County communities, and the wider Tampa Bay area. Ask us about your specific address when you reach out.
Can a family member or caregiver be present?
Yes, if that’s what you want. For some people — particularly older adults — having a caregiver in the room is part of what makes in-home care work.
